Who we are
BizCalc is a free website providing business calculators. We do not have a public support inbox — the only way to reach us is through the contact form.
Calculators run entirely in your browser
The numbers you enter into BizCalc's calculators (cost, price, hourly rate inputs, square footage, and so on) are processed entirely on your own device using JavaScript. Nothing you type into a calculator is sent to our servers, stored, or logged by us.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, the name, email address, topic, and message you provide are sent to our form processor (Netlify Forms) and delivered to us so we can respond. We use this information only to respond to your message and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Hosting and technical data
This site is hosted on Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify's infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We do not separately access or analyze this data for tracking individual visitors.
Cookies and analytics
BizCalc does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to describe what is used and how to opt out.
Your rights
If you've contacted us through the form and want your message or contact details deleted from our records, or have any other question about your data, use the contact form to request it and we will act on it.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
